SC stands for square connector and was originally designed by NTT (Nippon Telephone & Telegraph). NCI carries many different makes of SC type fiber optic connector. We want to give you a wide selection to make your fiber optic installation as easy as possible. SC connectors use a push-pull coupling mechanism which allows for dense packaging and its internal spring-loaded ferrule resists shock, vibration and temperature stress. Available in either Singlemode (SM) or Multimode (MM) versions. |
